 RETURN POLICY
Prior to any return, you must call us for an RMA # (Return Materials Authorization) or no credit or replacement will be given.

We cannot accept returns on electrodes (pads) due to cross-contamination risks.

Returns due to defect :

  • All SAMM products with 1 year warranty only: If the defect occurs during the 12 month period, please contact us and we will have you return the machine for repair or replacement.

Warranty Conditions

Returns not due to defect:

  • We offer a 21 day satisfaction guarantee which starts from the day you receive the unit.

  • If not satisfied, contact us with your reason for return and to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.

  • Return the unit insured and via a method with tracking such as Register Mail or similar express delivery service with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.

  • The SAMM unit must be returned in original condition with all original components (lead, wires, power cable, instruction manual).

  • You must pay the cost of shipping SAMM unit back to us.

  • Upon receipt of the unit, it will be inspected.  Any damage due to misuse, excessive signs of wear, or missing parts will reduce the amount of your refund and may nullify your refund.

  • The amount of refund is determined as follows:

Amount of purchase Less cost of free shipping, 20% restocking fee, any damage or use, missing parts = total refund
